Starbucks

I have had good and bad customer service. Sonetimes my drink is better and sometimes it's worse. Kinda strange. The issue which I give this place a 1 (=1 poor score and 10 being high). I would give it 3. Very Dirty - customer seating area needs sweeping, mopping counters and tables need to be wiped down, loose napkins on the floor need to be picked up, chairs pushed in The bathrooms are absoulty terrible. They need a through cleaning. It needs to be restocked with everything. Paper towels, hand soup, toilet paper, seat gaskets. There was absoluty no toilet paper or seat gaskets. The garbage can was over filled. The floors were dirty. It needs to be swept and mopped. I am in shock to see how poorly in condition they are. Just as bad as vheap gas station.

4/2/13 FREE WiFi; FREE COOKIE Tired of sitting at home but not wanting to do much activity, my husband came up with the idea to take our computers out for some Yelping at Starbucks. We like finding free WiFi and taking advantage of it. The Warehouse Cafe in Port Costa is our fave spot for doing this, but this Starbucks location was what we wanted on this particular day. We walked over with our laptops, took a comfy spot in the corner, ordered a couple tasty beverages, *(medium hazelnut frapp for me $3.75, and hot venti white mocho for him $4.55), and then let our fingers type away. It was almost closing time and one of the employees working game me a cookie as they cleared out the window of baked goods. This absolutely made my day. How incredibly smart. Instead of wastefully throwing away the cookie, the employee made me their forever fan! I'll be back again. Around closing, if I'm smart!
