I went to this location to order a smoothie and Acai bowl. The girl at the register taking orders was just talking to her friend. When a coworker got her attention to take the customers she rudely said, " We don't have any of this items", and pointed at sticky note posted at the register with writen items not available. She continue by scribbling on a paper looking down. Not very welcoming and also they had so many Flys inside 🤮🤢. Definitely will take my money to another businesses.

I came to get a smoothie at 7pm on a Sunday but when I was walking up all the employees were leaving and the African American employee told me they were closed after I asked her even though when I checked on google they closed today at 10 which doesn’t make much sense why they’re closed at 7pm

So upset. Came twice this week and both times I was told they don’t have banana to prepare my smoothie ( my sister in law ordered a pitaya bowl and they did add bananas) 😒 extremely unprofessional

First time I came to this location. I went and ordered a Gotcha Matcha with sweet cloud whip and once I tasted it, it was so sour. I went to complain and they said it’s supposed to be like that and offered to give me a different drink.
Every time I’ve ordered this from any other Jamba, it doesn’t taste so sour as if something was spoiled… it’s always a bit sweet but not as sweet as the other matcha drink! Definitely not coming here again!

Hispanic guy saw me come in didn’t help me, African American girl saw me too and ignored me as well. First time that happens, this store usually has great service. Just lost 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch. Need to upgrade staff...
