Hardee's

Always hot and fresh. The young customer service agents that work there have a friendly smile on their face first thing in the morning. The restaurant itself is clean and up to par.. the restrooms are immaculate I will post a picture of the restrooms later on.. only reason no five stars the line is always long that's what happens when you have great quality food..

First time and the last on this location Columbus,GA Marcys .Horrible I don't know the new employee before to leaved alone need to be sure how to do a simple order. Need to hear well and give the receipt so the customer can check on time. Bad services .I give a coupon and she not understand I only want the coupon she add me extra order I said the drink she didn't put the drink. When I buy the regular drink she put me the large not regular drink. One thing is one mistake but several repeat and repeat and still not understand. Also not the only one customer comeback to add the things she didn't put.

I placed an breakfast order on 06/10/22 at approximately 9 o’clock am, at Hardee’s St. Marys rd. the drive thru cashier was very rude..she had a frown on her face, acting as though she was angry..she was very unprofessional.one of my breakfast items was missing, i brought it to her attention..she closed the window very abruptly and returned with the item..i will never patronize this restaurant again! what ever happen to good customer service, is beyond me.🙄

So went to this Hardee's again after doing their survey. Only the service was bad the first time so decided to give them another chance. Went with a code I was provided for doing the survey and went to order. The rep didn't know how to do the ticket. Didn't let us complete our order and told us to come to the window. They give us the deal but the free sandwich which is pictured looked like this. I didn't even trust eating it. It looked like something on south park done to reviewers and I wasn't having it. They took forever to give our card back and didn't give us a receipt. Which is why I'm on here making a review instead.
