DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!!!!! On Sept 9th my husband went threw their drive thru shortly before they closed and instead of giving us fresh food they gave us the nastiest dried out food that had been sitting so long that the chicken could of broke teeth, but that was not the worst part of it. There was a piece of chicken that was UNIDENTIFIABLE ! At first I thought mabey they fried several pieces together and they stuck that way but the more I looked at this piece it just didnt look like that was possible. I had to take multiple photos of this piece of chicken just to show how strange it actually looked. My husband said the 2 smaller pieces he ate (before we even seen the UNIDENTIFIABLE one) made him feel sick to his stomach . The mac and cheese was disgustingly dry as well. And if this was not bad enough, we paid for 16 piece's and only got 8, there was no biskets and we were missing 2 gravys and one side so we didnt even get half our order!! I have repeatedly tried to get this franchise to answer my complaint and they have done NOTHING but ignore it.

Raw chicken, very simple order incorrect, and the drive threw guy literally has infection pouring from him skin. We'll see if I get a full refund tomorrow, when they decide their phones should be answered 🙄. No wonder my company keeps taking your employees, you don't pay a livable wage! That's cool, thanks to your poor business like conduct, I'm fully staffed.

They have the Best Chicken but, they keep Raising their Prices. I wanted to order a Fish sandwich because they have both, KFC and Long John's fish items, in the same building. But, wouldn't you know it, they don't sell the Fish Sandwich at this location. I will check with the other locations and find the fish sandwich. I will post what I find. Good hooking up lol

Really don't want to say this but this store is not what it used to be the chicken was super greasy like the grease hasn't been changed in a while didn't even get what we ordered? Couldn't even eat the fries they were so greasy broke my teeth on a piece of chicken that I couldn't tell how hard it was because it was in the bowl full of mashed potatoes covered up. Even the coleslaw was warm. We will definitely not be back to this location that's for sure I think it's worth making the trip up north? There's just better food up there they care more.
