Was a very long day, and needed some good coffee and a little food. Guy behind the counter was friendly, helpful, no attitude. Treated me like I needed to be treated after such a long day

I was there today because Starbucks said their was atlesst 15 min wait on any order because they were short staffed so I decided to try Tim Hortons. They were short staffed as well. Just two guys and they were so sweet and made the coffee so good ! I ordered a large vanilla iced cold brew and it was delicious! I also got the vanilla filled donut that was yummy. I am from the cleveland area and there isn’t a Tim Hortons in my area so I am so glad I stopped here. I hate Columbus . Cleveland is def more of my vibe but while I am here working the next two months I am going to keep coming here. I wish I had their names. I’m writing this Sunday August 13, 2023. I was there around 1 pm. If management is reading this I just want to say the two guys working that day very short staffed made my day ! Thank you !

This store has the most energetic and well mannered employees I have ever seen at Tim Hortons anywhere and I am a frequent flyer. My order is made fresh and if there is a mistake it is fixed with a smile. I love this Tim's!

Went thru the drive thru Yom 6/18 for my “after mass coffee” and the young man who served we was so happy and pleasant! I even took a picture of him!

I stopped in during a busy time this morning, February 28, 2023, Chelsea was serving me at the register. A gentleman preparing all the food name Simonn, extremely professional, and extremely helpful. I will be stopping in this Tim Hortons again just to get the service from those two. Great job as a company to hire such hospitable associates.

One of the nicest most considerate general managers I ever seen at a store. Fast service food was great and the general manager she always had a smile on her face. I recommend anybody going to Tim Hortons make the drive to Livingston by Children's Hospital

I took my 4 year old to pick out a donut after an appointment at Children's. The employees were patient and friendly. The area where they make the donuts is visible, with a glass partition, which we thought was cool. The other locations we have visited make the donuts behind closed doors. Everything was clean. We will definitely return the next time we are at Children's.
