Tim Hortons

Best location around . The morning shift really rocks ! But the afternoon shift isn’t bad either . You guys are the best ❤️. Edit**** I just love the morning manager she reminds me of my granny back in the day! Loveeee her! And the Spanish guy is my fav 2, seeing their faces is part of my morning ritual ❤️

So about two years ago I discovered that a black iced coffee from Tim Hortons is dare I say it- better than A starbucks black iced coffee, I frequented this Tim Hortons basically every work morning of my life for a consecutive 1.5 years and received the GREATEST customer service imaginable from the drive thru cashier. I took a momentary hiatus and took my happy over spending self to Starbucks for a good 3-4 month period. I was having a rough morning had to run errands before work and stopped by at this Tim Hortons as a break from my normal Venti Starbucks overspend. The Drive Thru cashier assisted me, BUT also remembered and asked where I had been. Exactly 0 occassions has my starbucks barista remembered or cared even though I see her every weekend. I now feel in my morning commute I have to add my stop back to this Tim Hortons because of this cashiers interaction. I discussed with coworkers who advised they have the SAME experience everytime with this guy, and I sincerely hope that the company as a whole appreciates his efforts because I can say for our office he is what makes them keep stopping by as well.

David is always very friendly and helpful. Edited on 3/20/2022 to add: My previous review is still true, imo, but when did they stop preparing the toasted bagels with cream cheese? Are customers supposed to pull over and make up their own food? Why would you even go here to get it in that case? You could just buy your own if you have to do the work. Makes no sense. Change the price to reflect the situation if this is how it is going to be.
