I have currently been waiting in line for 20 minutes. The person came on the speaker and said, "hold on, we short staffed." And took the people beside me order before mine. No one ever came back to the speaker.

I went to get the BTS meal and I found a gum wrapper in my chicken nuggets. I cannot describe how disgusted I am and I'm really concerned for my health right now? What kind of place is being run where a gum wrapper would end up at the bottom of my box of nuggets? Disgusting. Absolutely terrible. Please do not go here. For your own sake.

On our way to florida we stopped here. They were rude and complained we took too long to order, even tho it was only a couple minutes. Then they completely stopped talking and we had to ask if they even got the order. We get our food, no silverware, straws and cups covered in caramel. Awful service.

And the award for worst McDonald’s goes to Decker Blvd. Ice cream machine/coffee machine is always “out of order”, nobody answers the drive-through window (they will have you sit there for 10 minutes before taking your order), attitudes are terrible. Will not return.

The worst restaurant experience. Person preparing drive thru order was hostile, rude, unprofessional, and has ZERO customer relation skills. Will never recommend nor visit.

On Sunday night around after 9:00 pm I order a fish fillet and 8 piece chicken nugget. It was cold. I paid for it and drove off when I got home to eat it. It was cold. I tried calling them on Monday morning the number that I got off line was incorrect. Poor service.
