They were very helpful. After trying multiple cartridges I bought online none would work. I brought my inkjet printer in to see if I they could troubleshoot it for me and they got it working.
From now on I will buy my ink cartridges here.

Terrible deal! The cartridge could not be read by my Dell printer, so every page print order had to be individually overwritten. Then it only printed about 20 pages before the ink was depleted. I'm very disappointed in the usefulness of the cartridge and in the production of ink. I won't use it again.
