Purchased a turtle pie for my mother's 87th birthday which had ice Crystal's throughout. It tasted like it had thawed and then refrozen. Gave 4 stars as I have bought many pies throughout the years here and they have been fine.

We love Baskin Robins ice cream, and first time at this location and never again. I bought my husband's ice cream cake for his birthday, first time buying the ice cream cake but we love the ice cream and thought it would be amazing. It wasn't and never again. They are available in the cooler but I wasn't allowed to look and choose what I wanted the employee gets it, I ask if they were made fresh daily he said yes! The ice cream was freezer burned and didn't notice until I got home and couldn't take back because they had closed. So much for the yummy birthday cake.

Ice cream was delicious! My son and I went on national chocolate ice cream day. We had a good Tim. Store was clean. The service was good. The location is very small so when it gets busy, it can get a little hectic. They take care of people in an order fashion though. The kids who work there are nice. Haven't had a bad experience any time I've been there.

I thought it was ok. We ordered a cake and it looked fine. Nothing special. Handwriting a bit shaky on the design. Service was ok. Not super personable but we got what we needed.

Dishonest. If you go with a coupon to buy a scoop and get one free, they give you kiddie scoops. I found out when the employee told me she wished I had told her about the coupon. I asked why. She said because they do not give regular scoops for the coupon. But they charge you for a regular scoop.
