Whataburger

Amazing customer service. Food was great 😋. Place was clean. I asked for one ketchup and got two. Mustard is what gives Whataburger its distinctive flavor. So I asked for one mustard, but they don't have it in little packages, so they got me a small cup of it!. They exceeded my expectations which is truly appreciated. I have had bad experiences in other locations but this one is on the very top.

The health dept should seriously pay this place a visit. I understand it's a bunch of HS kids but it's older staff as well working there too. However, Management need to stress the fact that cleanliness and sanitation is a big factor in fast food. The things I've witnessed while waiting in my food. 😳🤦🏾‍♀️

I ordered my food through the App so it would be accurate. Well I was WRONG!! In fact all of my sandwiches were the complete opposite of what I ordered! I asked for Lettuce, Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, AND NO #$&@ TARTER SAUCE! Oh on a grilled Brioche Bun! What did I get!? None of the above and covered in Tarter Sauce!!!!!!! I mean could the person have gone anymore out of their way to mess up this order!? When I called to complain to the manager on duty, they said they were too busy to help me, well no @&$# they were, when I got there my order was supposed to be ready, and I WAITED FOR 20 mins for the order to be completely wrong! DONT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

The location of this whataburger is really convenient with a large parking lot. The burgers and shakes are always fresh, with fresh lettuce and tomato on the burger. Also, I really enjoy buying the honey butter chicken biscuits, but make sure to go between 11pm and 11am for those! They are strict on the time limit. Sometimes in the late evening and night time hours this location gets extremely busy both inside and in the drive thru because lots of university students live nearby.

came here for breakfast with my family before my brother's graduation and we got very good service did not get his name but he brought us our food on a tray, grabbed it along with our trash after we where done I tried to tip him but he was not allowed to accept, never have I got great service like this at any whataburger. also food was very good.
