Jamba

My order went fine from the drive thru window ! It was a few days later I received a noticed from my credit card company asking me about a 40% tip that was added to my receipt! I told them no I did not authorize this and they took care of the situation. I then called Jamba in College Station, Tx to inquire why this was done, only to have the girl (Whitney) who said she was the general manager give me the pat answer that she would check into it. Never once did she ask me who the person was who served and done the card transaction for me, which my receipt was $17.08 and my card company stating the charge was $23.89. This to me is total fraudulent activity and I would NEVER trust this place ever again! Maybe they only try this on older people from out of town, thinking they could get by with it! My hope is, that this doesn’t happen to anyone else! Beware!!

Ordered ahead online because I was running late to work. And being pregnant it’s hard to eat a full breakfast but a smoothie in the morning helps so I decided to go to jamba. My preferred place over a smoothie king. I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 8:45, when I work 3 minutes down the street and having to be there at 9 am I agreed that would work for me. When I show up , one worker outside smoking while talking on the stores phone , the other inside drinking a smoothie while on her phone. I’m walking to the door thinking my smoothie is ready for me. But instead they ask me what I had and then they proceed to make my order. But the lady who made it looked at my *customized* order like I was weird for customizing it the way I WANTED IT. It’s gives you the option online so I created what I thought would taste good. And it was amazing. And fortunately it didn’t take long for them to make but past experiences , it takes forever. The way the lady acted this morning just made me feel very unwelcome and like I was a burden for customizing my order the way I wanted. Very disappointed because I love this place.

The worst experience of my life! Called to check on my online order that I made at 8 am. Website said it would be delivered at 8:30am. Called at 10 the so called manager said the website says 10:39am after she lied and said she didn't have any orders. I asked who I can speak to about the website as it gave false info. She told me she would not be talked to in that manner and cancelled my order and hung up. Called back to get owners information she said Look I dont have time for this and hung up. I hope this is not someone you want to represent your company Jamba Juice! Horrible!!!!!

Had the Pumpkin Protein Smoothe....it was awesome. The ladies were really nice and were helpful. The only thing is that they were really soft spoken and I couldn't hear her. One of our orders came out with a strong ginger flavor which it wasn't suppose to have and they clean out the equipment and made us a brand new one no extra charge. Will come again.....at least until the Pumpkin Protein is in season 🖒
