Bob Evans

My wife got a soup and salad. I got a soup and sandwich. My son got a kids meal. Wife's soup (potato) and salad(Wildfire chicken) was the only real quality part of the dinner. Both were great. I got a soup (vegetable beef) and sandwich (turkey melt). My soup was more of a stew and very bland. My sandwich had little turkey on it and the bacon was burnt beyond edible. My son got the turkey kids meal and the turkey was the consistency of boiled Leather. You could tell it had been microwaved way to long. I understand that most places are understaffed and that can't be helped right now. But this was a small order and the restaurant was not slammed or busy at the time. There was maybe 10 people in there at the time. The wait staff was nice and they were more than happy to take my burnt food off my check for me. I use to really like Bob Evans but lately they have been disappointing no matter the time of day.

It was crowded, understaffed, and some menu items were not available. However, the host was patient, kind, apologetic despite the rude impatient guests. The wait staff was kind, considerate and as quick and attentive as they could be considering the limited staffing vs the abundance of customers. Some of the customers complained loudly over minor issues most beyond the wait staffs control. We had the rise and shine breakfast and the farmers breakfast. The food was cooked to order, what we expected and enjoyable. The colas syrup to soda ratio was off, it was very sweet and not bubbly. Our child tried the lemonade, it was too sour so she added sugar. The coffee machine must have been just wased because it tasted a bit like cleaner. We enjoyed drinking from the mason jars. Food for three $32.45 plus we left a $10 tip. No pictures the wait was an hour and food 20 minutes. Still worth it.

so every time I come to this Bob Evans I am greeted by the Best Host I've ever seen in my life her name is Michelle. she is always very respectful and she really likes her job I can tell it's just really nice when I when I come in to Bob Evans that I am greeted with the a smiling face which Michelle has you guys have a really good employee there and I will not go to any other Bob Evans but this location just because of Michelle.
