My rating is based on the customer service, don't get me wrong I like a nice Subway sub but it's not necessarily my go to. Today I literally just needed one of those new Italian subs with the fresh mozzarella... I forget the name.
Either way, as a person who also works in the industry I walked in knowing I was committing a mortal sin of the industry... the 5 minutes before close move. I figured I'd give it a shot because it was on my way home from work, and I never ordered food at my own place because when you get cut early... you run.
I gently tug on the door testing to see if they had already locked up, which would've been totally fine...I had a backup plan.
But it wasn't locked, and the employees there were as courteous and helpful as any other time I have been there. Didn't get a hint of an attitude or anything as you might expect, or would even receive where I work if the roles were reversed. Not necessarily by me, but our staff where I am at can be a little gruff at times to say the least especially around closing time.
I wish I had saved the receipt so I could compliment the employees by name but I'm pretty sure it was last Saturday night.
You have a great staff and they all deserve raises.

Obviously the employees do not wear gloves even during a pandemic. This fingernail was found in my sub- the worst food experience I’ve ever had in my life. NEVER EAT HERE! I am beyond speechless and appalled, will be sharing on every social media outlet.

1st off , my sub was MADE PERFECT, she made my sub with so much love . I always go to this subway cause they always have the best customer service.

If you want dirty disgusting fingernails in your food this is the place to go. Not the first time this has happened and it won't be the last.

Food was good and fresh, well made and employees were friendly. However one employee’s mask was so loose it didn’t cover her nose and all of her mouth. As she prepared my food she was visibly not well, sniffling, and left the area to blow her nose.

This is the worst subway i have been to. I did an order using the online app. My cold sandwich was toasted even though it clearly says in large print on the receipt not toasted, so it was inedible and thrown away. Hot mayo is nasty. Another sub did not have any cheese which it was supposed to have, and was very dry and hard to eat. Out of 3 subs one was made correctly. I contacted customer service several times but they have not reached out to make it right( give me my money back or a free sandwich) and it has been a couple of weeks. Worst customer service i have ever experienced since it seems to be non existent. I will not be giving this location a second chance. They need management and some employees capable of reading the orders when the restaurant is otherwise empty.

This subway is nasty. The "manager" wasn't wearing a mask and was talking so loud I could see the spit coming out of her mouth. I asked her to put on a mask and she ignored me. So I walked out. So trashy. But we are talking about Cohoes. If you want to get COVID it's a good place to be.

I'd love to come here but when I do I have to coexist with yelling between employees and customers. The managers husband hangs around sometimes shirtless and they both heckle folks. I attempted to go there last night during business hours and they were having a party. Would recommending avoiding this Subway.
