Friday, 1/25/19 I walked up to subway in Walmart at 9:20 PM. As I do, the employee that works there has the lights off and was putting up the barricade to block the entrance. I asked if the were open till 10 (which they are per their signage) and he gruffly walks back, turns on the lights and gets behind the counter. I start to tell him my order and he tells me "I can't toast anything" with as much attitude as he could muster. I asked why not and he said he had already taken apart the toaster at 9. I didn't want my sandwich toasted anyway, but I find it interesting that this subway starts refusing services to their customers an hour before close. He made my sandwich with as many sighs and moans and general disgust as he could and then I paid and left. Horrible customer service.

Very unsatisfied, I usually love coming to the one in Walmart, but one off the workers were very unsociable and had little to no manners, he sneezed while making our food and had an small attitude, never again

I was in this store at 9:25 PM on May 31. I was told “we’re closed”. I stated “I thought you were open til 10”. Got almost to front door of Wal Mart and hear very loudly “I thought you all were open til 10”(mocking). I went on about shopping, but had to return a few minutes later due to forgetting a sack. As I walked by Subway the male employee on duty looked at me and as I walked by made noises (animal like) behind my back. One star is being generous after this treatment

The subs were ok. The service was horrible. The two girls working were rude to myself and my husband. As we sat down to eat they both left the store unattended for a about 20 minutes while we sat and ate a little bit then we decided to just go home with our food and they didnt return as we were leaving so no telling when they came back. Oh and there was a huge puddle of water and instead of mopping it they just put a wet floor sign.lol

Terrible. First they had two very young girls working and they were very snobby and Unprofessional, second their green chile was frozen, why didn't they have any prepared for their customers! as this is new mexico and green chile is like gold! Lastly, they didn't cut our pizzas into slices like they are supposed to! Oh and the flies are terrible in there, they are supposed to be running a pest free restaurant. Very unclean.
