Rally's

Very rude! 4 customers standing in line for over seven minutes without even being acknowledged, 2 customers left due to waiting. When the girl finally comes to the counter it’s what can I do for you not I’m sorry for the long wait nothing to acknowledge that my time has been wasted waiting for somebody to acknowledge me only to be rude about it!! Left empty handed & won’t return!

Well I would give a 0 (zero) star rating if it was possible. This is the trashiest Rally's I've ever been to in my life. The food is always horrible. It's either cold, sloppy, bland, or made incorrectly every single time! I spend money and wait patiently, I do not expect to be treated like that. I have tried several times to redeem it but it's always bad food or I get some rude person or an individual who just can't listen for their lives. I am not one to be negative towards people but these people and this facility just doesn't know what they're doing. The manager is far from manager material and can not handle an issue properly. I had to take my issue to corporate bcuz I was being treated poorly for no reason at all. This is sad people should know how to work with people if you work in an environment of people. I feel like I was waited on by a handicap. Point is.. do not waste your time and money here!!

Shoutout to everyone here this afternoon(6-7-2021)You were friendly and offered excellent service that felt legit and not forced. I work in customer service and was impressed with your sincerity! I adore the fact that you had a sign that read "you have no idea what people are dealing with in their personal life, be nice its just that simple" and it is in view for your staff when dealing with customers, but also in view for customers when dealing with your staff. This is how it should be everywhere
