Mcdonald's

15 minutes and counting for a Big Mac and 10 piece nugget mobile order. All in store orders have been completed while they keep giving the Big Mac to drive through orders. 3 times they said they “need another Big Mac for the mobile order”. Don’t use mobile if you’re getting food from this store. It will take much longer and the staff definitely doesn’t care. I’m not one to make a fuss for something taking a while when everyone else gets their food, but I can understand why some people do when the workers have no care in the world for your time.

Two employees had a very difficult time ringing up our custom orders. It’s like unless you order a combo meal they can’t help you. Plus when we finally got our order it was wrong and missing parts of our order. Plus no one else was waiting and it took 20 minutes for our food to be made. This place needs better training.

Very rude from the get go. Kept messing up our orders and proceeded to be rude when we asked them to fix what they messed up. Cool, calm, and collected tone during our visit. I would say “they’re just having a bad day.” But they’re having a bad life because this is the second time this week that they feel the need to catch an attitude with my angelic mother of mine. BOO!

Terrible service, no one at the cash register, rude woman at the register once she got there, took 10 minutes to get my small normal order, then had to ask for the drink cup I paid for. She threw my food on the counter and kept walking without talking to me. Went here two days in a row for breakfast and will never go again the ford people, hotel and taxi service in town was great though okay town but terrible McDonald's.

This was a joke. No person taking orders only electronically, which would be fine but a decemt amount of workers were there just totally clueless on what to do in back. Only a few people in line. Workers were too busy trying to find put who was leaving when. No tea so when workers were told they were all searching for a hat for someone who was leaving later. They needed a manager or someone on duty, no one had a clue. Ordered apple pie,left without it after 26 minutes because they told us 6 more minutes and might be ready but they weren't sure. It was really sad how awful this location was. Left after paying without all of our food.

i had the Worst customer service here. the manager was absolutely so rude. she yelled at us for complaining about the order saying that when they gave us the incorrect order it was right when the receipt clearly showed it was wrong. all of our food and drinks were wrong and the employees (Sidel) and the manager on duty at 3:15 on memorial day were horrendously rude.
