Mcdonald's

I asked for an order of biscuits and gravy and the man taking our order was very rude telling me they haven’t had that for two years now. (We are from out of town and our McDonald’s at home has it so we didn’t know). I still wanted my hot chocolate and when I got it it tasted like hot milk. No chocolate in it. I had to throw the rest away. It’s was gross. I will not be coming back. Very disappointing.

We stopped at this location last weekend on our way to see my sister before she died. Ryan went above and beyond to get us out food out quickly! What a caring and empathetic young man. We needed someone like this at that exact moment. God sent us some help! I can't say enough about the kindness we were shown. The world needs more people like him in it! I highly recommend the Clinton, Mo location and we will definitely be stopping here whenever we travel through the area!

Oh everybody loves McDonald's we can't live without McDonald's so of course they're going to be good so I do see some stuff that can be improved like the other night my husband and I had stopped to get double cheeseburgers and two medium fries well they forgot one of our fries at least I caught it before we left the parking lot and my husband parked and I went over I went in and you know let him know I forgot one of our fries and they gave it to us. But you know there's always room for improvements and I really hope they take this as a good advice bye me saying need more variety of ice cream or maybe some sherbert we do have a lot of diabetics especially nowadays and some days we cannot eat a some ice cream because we are that would be too much on us so we would I mean we can eat sugar free ice cream well no extra sugar added sherbert a big kind of cool to have you know just putting it out there trying to think more on the out you know looking on the outside and maybe get more people coming which would really be good for you business because there is so many so so many diabetics I'm a diabetic my best friend's a diabetic I have family that's diabetics here in town so I know they would appreciate it thank you for your time and maybe this might help out on trying to get more people coming to McDonald's again.
