Worst experience I've ever had at this location. I phoned my order in at 5:35 and am just leaving with lukewarm food (6:17) because it sat on the shelf for an additional 20 minutes (order est given over the phone was 20 min) ..which would have been longer if I hadn't pressed the guy to check for my order AGAIN! No apology nor acknowledgment..just on to the next customer as he haphazardly slid me my bag! There's a new team working this location and given this level of customer interaction I wouldn't be surprised if it's not long before they lose other long standing patrons! Too many new dining options in this strip to tolerate lack luster service.

Very confusing place. I came inside to ask about the price of a small pepperoni pizza and was told $11.38 so I called later that day and was told $16 .59 for the same item. Perhaps $5 for calling idk so decided to come in and order it to avoid the fee and paid $10.33. It took 50 minutes to make order. I wouldn't come here. It was way better a few years ago.

This is my first review ever! that’s how bad the customer service is.. this is the only food place that gets mad that you call and actually want to order food. They put you on hold for 20 minutes, you call back they hang up, and answer the phone with an attitude before you can ever speak, good food but horrible customer service.. phone guy needs to quit his job if he hates it so much

Ordered lunch special pizza which was really tasty, crust just right and lots of flavor. Great value and one of THE best.

They stop putting sauce on their pizza.. even if your ask for extra extra sauce.. its still dry af... if you like dry pizza this is the place but if you want something saucy this isn't it.. use to love this place. Show me the sauce.. or better yet extra extra sauce.. can't even get my money back

I just ordered large deluxe pizza and told it would be 15 -20 min and I arrived 25 min later and they told me it would be a few more min. It was 10 more min. The pizza looked ok until I got it home and the pizza wasn't even cut and hardly any sauce on it. I called back and the person I talked to said he didn't know what happened, poor customer service, you just lost a customer.

I have frequently ordered food from Ledo in Clinton. Most often my order has been filled correctly. On this occasion my order was totally incorrect. I placed an order for a chicken sub. They gave me a chicken parmesan sub. I was totally disappointed. Order was incorrect and was not good at all. Very disappointed 😞
The owner of this franchise did reach out to me to make amends for the mistake made on my order. I appreciated his effort and thanked him. My experiences since then have been more than satisfactory. Thank you!

If you're going to place an online order, have it ready 15 minutes earlier for when you want to pick it up. Then you might only have to wait 10 to 20 minutes for when it actually will be ready instead of a half hour.
