Food portion was too small and for some reason I guess they need to add more food to those plates because they food there is not to cheap lol, the waitress was very kind and capable.

Service was fine, not spectacular or particularly enthusiastic.
The food was warm and tasted good. My New Orleans platter tasted a bit salty and tenders on the appetizer were overcooked. Otherwise it was fine

My sister and I visited Ruby Tuesday in Clinton, MD, on today (6/12/22). Our server, Brianna, was great. Her recommendations were on point, and she provided service with a smile. Pete, the manager on duty during our visit, stopped by to inquire about our service, which was truly appreciated during this time of slow-to-no service in the parts of the restaurant industry. It is nice to know that there are some restaurants that are still interested in their customers. Thanks for a great experience.

Food was good ribs 💣, the baked potato was definitely refreshing, fresh veggies. Max n cheese wasn’t dry n cheesy . Cheesecake so good you’ll want another slice also worth the price. Steak was dry but the overall meal I’ll give 4/5 . Definitely trying more menu items .

Back to back visits evening and lunch! Deja and Tabitha are a breath of fresh air! Their customer service skills are wonderful and they are very good in what they do! Tabitha could be a future manager or even General manager! She displays great leadership skills as well as good personality for this business! I use to train people for management, trust me she has what it takes!
I am happy that the GM took my concerns to heart and made the necessary changes to improve this store! The GM kept his word in promising to fix things. I tip my hat to you sir!

This place was terrible. I understand they were serving at half capacity but this was just poor service. Beers arrived in dirty glasses. When signature app arrived NO Utensils, had to find the waitress majority of the time. Rice showed up like it died months ago - instead of eating it i buried it. Will not go again!!!

Although only half of the restaurant was in use we were told there was a 15 minute wait. There were lots of empty tables even on the used side so it must be a staffing issue which most places are faced with. Great kids menue with free refills for the kids. Overall food was good, the hamburgers were delicious cooked just right. Love that you can substitute the fries for another side. Service was ok, we had a good experience.
