Waffle House

Walked in around 11:pm and seen water on the floor and kitchen along with dirty tables with food left from previous guest, the back counter where the cooks cook food had cooking ware with dried up food on the along with skillets and stuff, bottom line is i different feel like this would be a good spot to eat considering i seen no employees around while i stood outside writing this review, just looked nasty in their, no 1 is around to clean off the tables, mop the floor or clean the cooking station...15min standing here outside the window and haven't seen any workers yet...I pass on this 1

It was busy so I guess that's why we weren't greeted. I noticed a customer at a booth having a friendly conversation with a worker. There wasn't anywhere for us and others to sit while we waited so some people just left. We waited over 20 minutes before a table was "available" but I had to ask someone to clean it. And guess what, she said someone else would. By this time, the dude taking up a booth decides to leave so the lady is available to clean the booth. I was so annoyed by the lack of customer service. I visit lots of waffle houses throughout the city. This was the WORST experience. Plus they didn't even cook my bacon extra crispy like I asked. If I could give negative stars I would.

So Waffle House is 24-7 … I’ve been waiting an whole hour due to them shutting down saying 45 mins because of pure laziness on March 13,2022 … it’s like people don’t want to work anymore…. They shut down and lost a lot of business… the Caucasian man told the women with dread “it doesn’t make sense that they’ll wait 45 mins for foood and the women with dreads laughed . I feel like everyone should do there JOB. The Pandemic has mad every one very lazy and it’s ashamed that I got here at 5:07 and it’s 6:00 and I haven’t been served

This location will make you wait to order while they take someone else order who hasnt been waiting as long and are unfriendly. Very understaffed and it shows in the gloomy appearance of the workers who look like they don't want to be there. My advice: go to a different location, or go early in the morning.
