I am convinced this is the best donut shop in the tri-county area. Donuts are flaky, sweet, and crusty outside with soft interiors. Always fresh. Just perfect! I stop by whenever I’m in town. Consistently great food and folks are always friendly.

Was so happy to find Shipley's. Vicksburg got rid of ours. The donuts was hot but they need to work on glaze, it was crumbley.

Being from NJ originally, I used to think Dunkin' Donuts was top dog, I WALKED into Shipley's and thought I was in heaven, the taste does not disappoint

Good food. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The young kids working in the store ignored me and acted like they didn’t want to take my order. When I asked could I order the young man barely said anything back.

Worst Shipley's I have ever been to. I asked for a cake donut, they said they didn't have any cake donuts, I asked if they had apple fritters and she said yes. She then came back and said they were not made yet. So I ordered a plain glaze donut and a plain kolache no cheese. The donut was cold and tasted a day old (this was at 6:30am when they were pulling hot donuts out), and my kolache had cheese in it. My husband went back to ask for a kolache with no cheese and they said they didn't have any without cheese and wouldn't refund the kolache. They eventually took the kolache back with a bite taken out of it for a $2 refund. This place had no idea what they were doing and were cheap. Not the quality I expect from Shipley's I am used to. Very disappointing.

First time trying I don't know if they were suppose to be room temperature or hot but they definitely wasn't hot. I ordered two glazed doughnuts and they were not the best at all.
