I want to commend this Wendy's branch for their excellent service today. We called in a large order, and the Manager on staff assured us they could help and they did. Not only was our order completed incredibly fast, each member of this staff met us with a smile and went out of their way to help us, down to loading our order into our truck. Thanks to each and every staff member today!!!

Great customer service here. I don't usually eat at fast food restaurants but the folks here really made an effort to accommodate my taste, even offering an item that wasn't on the menu. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who waited on me because he deserves to be commended for his customer orientated attitude.

Went to Wendy at the Washington Ave location in Memphis Tennessee . Waited in line for 40 minutes when I received my Single with cheese combo the french fries was old,oily and wilted also taste and smell liked fish. Gave it back to the customer service person for sum fresh fries. They put the same fries in a bag and handed it back to me. Had to return those fries wait 10 more minutes for the food same problem so I returned it for a full refund. Also called the customer service number also waited on phone for help no one answered hold on for over 15 minutes. Now I no why the store are operating in bad service the corporate number do the same thing will never in life will I visit another Wendy's.

Horrible non-service, 5 people acting like they are working, but none of them are offering any service. I've never experienced this at a Wendy's. First we go inside to order and the guy says we have to order outside. So we went outside to order. But then they refused to talk to us through the intercom. When we walked up to the window the employees including the manager even refused to talk to us and turned her back to the window. We felt very discriminated against. I never had such a bad experience with Wendy's. I was looking forward to eating a juicy burger. But now I'll have to go to sleep longing for a one. Wish I could give 0 stars. I'm very disappointed. While other Wendy's never made me feel like this. These people must hate their jobs.

Wow. Just .... wow 😖😮😖
I really don't do traditional fast-food writing, lest the review is top notch (ala my girl Dixie - the Queen on Mt Moriah) I mean - hey, it's fast food right 😐 what really are your expectations in this day/time?
Well, enter Wendy's (or In my case, don't), where void of the nationwide "food-shortage" 🙄 and the evident personnel shortage (aka, poor management, brand support absence, 'let the cook run the store' philosophy 🤷🏽♂️ etc, etc.), apparently 🤔 there is a "service-shortage", a "straw-shortage" a "frosty-shortage" and a dining room closure catastrophe. All in one visit.
So, the line was not long, yet... moving extremely slooooooooww. The wait was about 1 or 3 minutes before I (impatiently so) decided, let me just go in and order the food.
I enter, reading a well typed/printed professional sign that said... "Carry out" [or take out or something] from 11 to 8pm only - or near that, just know that our visit was inside the time perimeters. I enter and am welcomed by a growl of a disposition noted - "baby, the dining room closed" I look around, see someone standing in the corner, waiting on food, yes... and I say, "But, 🤔 I am in the dining room, we are in the dining room".
She, as scoldish as an old man about his well manicured lawn, then repeats (as if this is the last time before I call the police), "Baby, the dining room is closed!"
I, intrigued, asked, "Is the sign on the door a misprint, or out of date- I can take it down for you if so? It is not 8pm you know."
Soliciting sympathy or assistance or I dunno, she exclaims - " It's only 3 people back here."
Apparently the person in jeans and I am bout to go downtown attire was NOT one of the three, as she was just leaning on the wall looking at me... but wait, maybe she was one of the three, just not doing anything 🤷🏽♂️
Anyway, I go back to the car (which is in the same exact spot as before my 5 minute wasted exchange so (let's call it 10 minute wait now).
Fast forward through only two cars waiting ahead of us (only another 10 minutes).
Okay, I know I know, why didn't we leave)? Cause it was oh so H🔥T, azheck and I wanted a cold frosty before the Jazz thingy at the park.
So we make it to the window of the most popular fast food place in the world 😏 🙄 😐 and are greeted by a voice thay sounds like it is speaking from ears that have been getting cursed out all day.
Order being placed and even before I get to it, my Wendy's date says, "You should record this." Me, as naive as I am, look like "Why?"
Answered with a grin, "Cause they ain't gone have your frosty. Watch."
I look, exasperated, and picked on - but inside thinking 'GotDARN! Bet she right'. ((Sigghhhh)).
I pull out the phone to record the video, albeit, seemingly a little slow I was, because the dried, drained words of, "We ain't got no Frosty." - or is it Frosties, I was thinking?) came creeping through the speaker before I knew it.
What da !,@%!%%!!!!
K. Let's move up. Just get a tea and a whatever...
At the drive thru, there is the manager [helping 🙄] and she must have JUST GOTTEN released from the hospital, with the effects of

Unbelievable, is all I can say, very rude waited 15 min as we were told to park the grill was not ready @11am? The food was wrong n cold how does that happen? Went to try talk to someone they said " ain't got time" I was stunned. All I can say is shame on them I've been at St Jude for 2 days thought I would get out m eat something different but like I said very poorly ran.

The drive thru at the Washington Street location in Memphis is horrible. I waited 20 minutes to get to the speaker... only 4 cars in front of me! When I got to the speaker, I waited another 2 minutes and was told to wait a second. Two minutes later, I just drove away and spent my money at Burger King.

I always order through the mobile app. So The 1st incident they told me "Out of oatmeal bars!" No refund so I let that lil $1.39 go. The 2nd time I ordered Dave's Double Combo Lg. 10pc. Nuggets and Fish Sandwich. Got to the window to learn that the drink machine was down and they had no fish. The manager asks "You want a chicken and cheese?" I replied "No Ma'am" she told the young lady to give me my food and close the window. I ask "No refund for the drink or fish sandwich?" She closes the window again. I reported it, of course no one got back with me. 3rd and final time! I ordered 2 Pretzel burgers, extra onions and large fries. They put it on regular buns no extra onions. That was the last straw, even tho the store is within walking distance, I now drive 3 miles to another Wendy's. I got tired of pulling up and pulling back anyway at that location. So that the time can start over at the drive thru window.
