Burger King

After tonight's experience, I will never go to this Burger King. I should have known something was wrong when McDonald's drive through was full of cars and the same with Popeye's Chicken. There was not one car in the Burger King's drive thru. From the time I placed my order and pulled around my food was waiting. Which should have been an indication something was not right, but I was on my phone. Guess what it was cold and not fresh when I got home. I don't recommend this restaurant. Especially serving cold food. You need to check the temperature before pulling away from the drive thru.

Went thru Drive thru, pulled up to window to order where menu and pricing was and I noticed they had 2 Whopper meals for $10. So I go to order that and lady tells me that the promo is over, sorry. I said ok, I understand, however, since you have the sign up that says that still you need to honor the price. She claimed that I didn't know what I was talking about. Something that should have cost $12-14 cost over $20. This is false advertisement, if u do not new marketing materials, then u take the outdated pricing out. This BK thinks it can do as is pleases.

If I could do a zero stars I would, use to work for you guys, not this store. But i know how the owners work. Was in the drive through for almost 30 minutes, they didn’t listen to what I was saying and made my order wrong. But wouldn’t change it at the window because they were busy. It was just fries.so i was charged for something i didn’t even ask for.Customers always came to my Burger King because this one literally sucks. There lazy. I’ll be letting Kevin know tho!

The driver arrived and was informed that none of the items in the order was available. That information should have been provided prior to the funds being pulled from my credit card. This is unacceptable if and when the funds are refunded it will take 7 to 10 business days. This has been the worst customer service. I will not purchase anything else from Burger King ever again neither any Other companies associated with Burger King as well as Popeyes. If you cannot provide proper customer service simply close with everything going on in the world currently the last thing we need is something that can be prevented but isn’t if I could rate you -10,000,000,000 trust me that would be overly kind. I recently had foot surgery so I am not able to move around and I still have a family to provide for thank you for the additional stress and hardship.

First time i have had a whopper since they seem to get smaller and too expensive. But at two for five bucks . i thought i woukd give them a try. I am glad i did . I could not eat both. Fresh meat fresh toppings. I always used to get. dry small quarter pounders . So long Mcdonalds . My new burger is the whopper. Besides burger kings fries blow mcdonalds fries away . well done Burger King . I will be back.

Does not even deserve a star. Came here this morning for a quick bite because had a drs appointment. From out of town and my town is small. Opened up my breakfast burrito and there was only a piece of hash brown a teaspoon of eggs and a piece of cheese. Thought for a second maybe I had ordered from the 50 cent menu. But than realized there is no such thing and my receipt begs to differ. This location should be ashamed of themselves. Will note the man at the window who collected money was very nice and pleasent.
