Mcdonald's

Everytime I come to this location my food is made wrong I have to call and complain. Today it was made wrong again shocker so I call and they offer to remake the food go up there to get it. They made it wrong again attempted to tell them before we left that it once again isn't correct and the lady closed the door on our face as fast as possible. If I could give this location negative stars I would. I am constantly trying to give them a chance to do it correctly as I have young kids who like McDonald's I will from now on drive out of my way to a different location seeing as this one can't seem to get their act together.

Went to this McDonald’s yesterday told them we need to place two separate orders they said we could only place one after waiting inline for 20 minutes we get to window we’re they tell us we can’t take a 50 dollar bill only a 20 dollar bill or less wouldn’t it of been nice to post the sign letting people know that by the order speaker instead they had it posted at pay window little late to know that asked to speak to manager she pointed to sign saying we can’t take it and just walked away.The girl who was taking money slammed the drive Thur window like we had done something wrong very rude. went to another McDonald’s and two separate orders was not a problem and taking the 50 dollar bill was not a problem either. In all the years we have been to McDonald’s this was the worse experience ever.I wonder what they would of said if are ordered had total 50 dollars.

I ordered a mc double and it wasn’t fresh, which is very unusual for this location. I returned it and the manager so polite and understanding, she made me a new one, gave me an apple pie and a coupon. Didn’t use the coupon it expired that same day but it was the thought that counts. I love great customer service!!!! N they had it thank you again

I go to this particular McDonald's almost every day, because my favorite workers, in the drive- thru, are Always smiling & Friendly, and have my "Large Iced Caramel Mocha" customized & ready for me, just the way I like it. I'm especially grateful for Amanda{General Manager}, Yolanda, and Raina❣️(Megan & Sara too).

This location is your standard McDonald’s. They’re flawed, but still are consistent with the food. What’s unforgiving is rude staff. From the first person I talked to following to the last they were obviously agitated and rude. Guy who handed me my food had a “Backwood” mask on, manager must not be in today🤣. Feels like the McDonald’s in my old college town; unenthusiastic, underpaid workers that spew out unhealthy food at an alarmingly fast rate.
