I had a birthday party for my now 3yr old at this location and I really enjoyed the location. My husband and I booked the entire building. Our friends and family loved the location. We will be back soon and our host Alisha was amazing. Our host was very helpful and we didn't have to lift a finger I most definitely recommend this location especially during this pandemic. Used to bring my daughter all the time 4 or so years ago, place was fresh and new... looks like maintenance and cleaning has been neglected since. Puddle on the floor near vents, and some serious efflorescence on the back wall. Hair dripping from the bridge to the slide, and dust caked on the structure. 10 bucks is a bit steep for condition. Not to impressed by the response from the owner. I was there for about an hour near closing time - nothing was "immediate". Notify staff? Couldn't find anyone.! Congrats! lost a customer.

Brought my son here a few weeks ago for the first time, had a awesome experience. We ran and played for hours, had snacks and drinks no problems. Today we decided to go again. After about 30 minutes of running and playing with my kid the lady working asks me to put a mask on because someone had complained I wasn't wearing one- even though none of the kids were required to wear one and neither was i the previous time, same lady working both times.... explain that logic to me? Sorry, im not like the majority of parents I see at places like this that just turn their kid loose and go sit in the corner on their phone. I actually enjoy running and playing with my child, which at 30 years old and asthmatic can be a challenge even without wearing a mask. We decided to leave and go to a different establishment so we could play together because that was no longer a option here. Admittedly so, I may have been a little bit of a A hole to the lady working and I do apologize for that, I was wrong for how acted. However- if your going to use the excuse of we're just following the rules and trying to stay open maybe follow all of the rules and close the kitchen down until its allowed to be open or just be honest and tell the person complaining that you are not enforcing those rules and people can do as they please but you don't just get to pick and choose what rules you are or are not going to follow on any given day. That's just not right in my opinion. To be completely honest you really shouldn't go to a place like this if you are afraid of covid. No way of social distancing multiple families of children in a giant play place and even if you strap a oxygen depriving mask on all of there tiny faces what are the odds it will remain properly covering their nose and mouth while running and playing? Unfortunately will not be back until masks are no longer a thing because although I do enjoy this place- I enjoy being able to play with and spend quality time with my child when im not working even more.

We went there and there was a group of around 20 adults with around 15 kids ages from 1 to around 9. Half the people wore their masks on their chin, half of them not at all. The kids I'd say maybe 4 out 15 were wearing masks. The place was dirty not wiped down, where you climb smelled of urine and there was trash outside of the net on top. One person was working that's it. My kids ages 1,3&5 got sick a day and a half later one by one and that is the only place we went to after being locked in for so long. Thanks Jungle Java.

They are very clean I'm a little bit more worried that you don't have to wear a mask. The food is the worst ever it seemed like she may have been putting it in a microwave and my daughter found hair in her food. The smoothie they ordered had so much milk in it and was horrible. For as much as you pay there, it's not worth it at all to eat there my kids hot dogs were so hard and burnd from being put in the microwave I could not even let them eat them. I will never go back I paid to much money the quality of there food is not worth the money they are asking for. This is the worst place I have ever took and child to, makes chucky cheese look like a dollar store... I'm very disappointed

They're open! They've replaced the zip line, padded stairs, and a bunch of other spots that were starting to wear out. Happy to support this local business because my kids have an absolute blast! Make sure to reserve your spot! Yes, there's a little dust, but I'll put up with it to keep it around. We need some joy these days and this place keeps it coming!

The party was AMAZING!! They were in contact the entire time prior to the party to make sure the list was up to date and food was what/how we wanted. The set up was great and the employees were very accommodating and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is to serve the kid food in a small take home container or offer one for each kid to be able to take their food home if wanted to take it home. Would totally recommend having a party here. They handled everything from the set up, food & drink prep, food & drink delivery to party members, and clean up. Seriously, it' was a no worry party!!
