Dunkin'

The espresso machine has been down for a month with no solution in sight. Even the workers are clueless as to when it will be operational. I mobile ordered a latte, & they tried to substitute it for a cold brew? You're just angering customers with this lack of support, & sheer incompetence. Not the employees fault, the owner of this establishment is an absolute joke. Would utterly loathe being under his leadership. FIX YOUR ESPRESSO MACHINE YA DOOF. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH. *Also they ran out of Oatmilk, & started ordering some cheap version that literally taste like vomit. No other DD I've ever frequented is this much of a train wreck. It's 100% the owners ineptitude.

Went to Dunkin in Cleveland and ordered the avocado toast, stuffed mini bagels and the hummus and roasted tomato toast and after waiting for the longest time went to ask for my food and turns out they had forgotten about it and then when they did give it to us the cheese in the stuffed bagels very cold and our toast wasn't even toasted, and this is not the first time they do this to us. Very disappointed, I guess I'll just stick to the Dunkin in Commerce

I ordered a medium iced coffee with 2 sugars and cream and I just received extra cream. We left and had to come back only to see the car who was in front of us previously also back in line because their food order wasn’t right. This place only had drive thru plus we’re out of just about everything for cold drinks as they posted such.
