Ihop

My husband, young daughter, and myself stopped in for breakfast this morning. We were seated by a kind hostess and given our menus. We decided to leave after about 15 minutes of no one waiting on us at all...no drinks...nothing. No one even talked to us and about 3 or 4 servers walked past us numerous times. I am sure everyone was doing their best, but great improvements need to be made here.

They were I'm sure doing their best but we went in for what a server said was not a busy Easter breakfast and we got dirty plates, cold food, the wrong food, no drink refills and condiments for our food including syrup for our pancakes. We asked for the manager just to make them aware and maybe get some context because stuff happens. We were told there was no manager on duty. They did give us a slight discount on our food which was nice but I don't think we'll be going back. Again I know they were probably doing their best but this was a pretty big misstep

Went inside this morning (Sunday) with my husband, we were seated by a very friendly hostess, but after that it went downhill. We sat there for 10 minutes and no one even looked our way. There was even a waitress that bumped into my husband while delivering the check and to go boxes to the table next to us. Then she went back to sweeping and ignoring us. There were 3 families in that whole place including us. I recommend visiting the Chaf-In for a much better experience and food!!!

Don't eaT here unless you have at least 2 to 2.5 hours to eat. Service is always extremely slow. Food was good this time, cooked perfectly. Server was very slow and would forget things. I had to keep asking. Drinks took 20 minutes at first. Food took almost an hour to get. Hope you have better luck.

Waited 15 minutes in the front waiting to be seated 4 tables have already left and was not busy at all The waitresses kept passing me saying we will be with you in a minute. Then a couple had walked in grabbed silverware and seated themselves a waitress took their drink order and got them drinks while I was still waiting at the front. Worst service

It was a disaster! There was only 1 cook, few waitresses and a hostess that didn't speak English. After being totally ignored by the staff for 30 minutes and speaking up about it, a very kind waitress seated us. She explained the situation, took our orders and then told us about the cook. We were actually there 2 hours...just to have pancakes!

Didn't even want to rate them one star. My family and I ordered take out and my wife ordered mashed potatoes and when she opened it, the under side of the lid smelled like sweet potatoes. Her corn was well over done. Went back for a fresh order or refund and was told nothing is wrong with the order. First time going to IHOP in this area, visiting from out of town, and first impression is TERRIBLE! Waste of time and money.
