Cicis Pizza

This was the first time since covid began we have been here. It appeared they had new management and they were hustling well. Everything was good and the place was cleaner than when we used to come here before. Update May 10, 2022 It's been a while since we last were here and everything seems to have changed. One important thing about Cici's we have always enjoyed is how when you walk in, someone always says "welcome to Cici's!" We didn't get that and it wasn't busy. There was a completely new staff and management team. Understandable what with the pandemic and all. They seemed to be friendly enough. The price for 2 seniors used to be $12.00 but is now $16.00...again understandable with inflation and such. I think the biggest disappointment came from my husband. He usually loves eating there but this time he had only breadsticks. All the pizzas were either BBQ, alfredo, pineapple, or some other weird combination and he won't eat them. Even the marina sauce he dips his breadsticks into was cold. Whatever happened to making just plain 'Ole cheese or sausage or pepperoni pizzas? When I saw what my choices were, I ordered mine special so I, on the other hand, was very pleased with my deep dish with sausage, onion, black olives, and mushroom pizza. My salad was fresh as well. I have changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars for these reasons.

Very disappointed to see how staff conducts themselves around food area (buffet). I served myself once and only once after seeing how in no way were persons on staff caring about cleanliness.I witnessed person scratching the head/hair never washing hand .employee coming in from outside messing with her hair then braiding it ,then putting it in a ponytail never see anyone washing hands. I will say that one kind, helpful person was Moe.Everyone else was so self indulged.on their phone joking. Management needs to go back and train and set guidelines on cleanliness and customer service.

I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for how dirty this place is. The plates were all slimy. The ranch had gone bad. The bowls had some kind of wet milky gunk in them. The fountain drinks tasted funny, by the looks of the place, it is probably because they are also dirty. The tables and seats were dirty. Basically, this is the filthiest restaurant I've ever witnessed with my own eyes. Please do better so people don't get sick.

It was good, but they had some young staff working so it took longer to get fresh pizza versus when the guy manager is there. Not sure his name, but he's on top of it. Hate they don't have pepper anymore. The only bad thing is the salad bar (which i go for) It was an awful mess and had nothing really. I'm still a fan and would go back.

Terrible experience!!! All I wanted to do from having a sad day was to eat my sadness away at my house !! We ordered the value pack since I left my other 3 kids at the house, so I can bring back to them and eat more happily. But the lady at Cicis didn’t want to give the spinach pizza I wanted!! I didn’t want meat!! Supreme or any of that I just wanted spinach pizza and my dessert but she refused to give us spinach pizza. So now with the money I had I basically forced to dine in to satisfy my craving but now I didn’t have enough to tAke my other kids something. Which I should of had the right to in the first place to get what I want !!!!

Better than the Burger place we chose on Fri. We went on a Saturday afternoon mayb 3ish. Food was fresh and they made requests. We had spent to much for our dinner the night before so it was MUCH more affordable. It would be nice for them to list the price on-line ...I didn't mind paying $8.99 but knowing in advance would have been nice since I was expecting $5 or 6.99 and on-lone still had that listed as the price. We drove from Glen Rose to Cleburne for dinner as I said it was better than the meal Fri so I say YES we will probably visit again when we come back to Glen Rose.
