Excellent food, excellent service, great ambiance!
Came in for an anniversary dinner and we’re very happy with our whole experience. Our server was familiar with the menu and very friendly. We could tell she really liked working there which is a good sign.
We had a reservation and came in on a Friday before the big rush right at 5pm.
I had their prime rib (large cut) and it was awesome! My wife had their Boston cod and she loved it, too. They serve warm bread with dipping oil when you are seated, which is a nice touch. We each had their roasted veggie side and they were really good as well.
The final nice touch was the fact that they brought out a complimentary dessert since it was our anniversary.
Great meal, great service - great place to eat!!

We had an absolutely Delicious dinner... Lovely atmosphere on the patio, our server had a Terrific personality..... Shrimp scampi, scallops, chicken Alfredo... All delicious. After dinner coffees... A Must! Loved everything!

Very nice motel with hotel quality. Dog friendly- no carpets. Clean, quiet, NO smell! You can either run AC or open windows. Nice neighborhood too. Took morning walk with my pup, enjoyed the flowers arrangements around the place. Close to river front, downtown Clayton.

Our family wouldn't go anywhere else to eat in the Thousand Islands to celebrate a special occasion! The Clipper Inn never disappoints with their exquisite cuisine and nautical ambiance. We dined outside on the beautiful terrace tonight and can't wait to do it again. Andrea went above and beyond catering to all our needs with the warmest smile and friendliest personality. Thank you again for another special memory!

Overrated. The food is way to overpriced. My husband ordered a swordfish for $33 it was a very small serving and it tasted blend and cooked in the microwave. My backed potato was dry and didn’t taste fresh. Don’t think we will ever go back.
