Kfc

I love KFC but occasionally get a bad order. Often it’s 2 thighs instead of a breast and thigh. This time the chicken appeared over cooked (dark breading) but I noticed a different odor just to find out there was gooey stuff (maybe the breading mixture) between the outside surface and the chicken. Yuck!

Ordered food from them online at 5pm and there was an option for delivery so that’s what we did, here we are at 6pm completely wrong order got delivered and we told the guy before he left and he said “oh I’ll go get the right order” now it’s 7pm and the driver never went back for our food, never contacted us, we called kfc and they said he never showed back up, and we are also currently going back and fourth trying to get our money back. Will never order from them again

Both of my kids were born in Kentucky. Due to Covid19, this is the first year we did not return to the Mammoth Caves for our annual Labor Day trip back to Louisville/Cinci. They were totally bumming about not not hiking, horseback riding, camping...but most importantly, the KFC buffet, which may no longer exist post covid19. We decided to reminisce while eating some KFC. The mashed potatoes and cole slaw were all fine and dandy. I'm a bit annoyed with the wings. The hot wings were under fried. I had to cook them again in my air fryer one I got home. The bbq sauce and Nashville hot wings hardly had any sauce, so it was like eating a regular wing.

1-13-2022...Food was exceptional (even though I ordered Extra Crispy but received original). But the 2 star deficit is due to the Skinny African working the window. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but he was unprofessional and condescending. Someone in charge should debrief him on how to handle people. A little courtesy and manners=repeat business.
