Subway

Went in this afternoon around 3pm. I walked in and there was 1 young man behind the glass. He never welcomed me or said anything until I spoke first. I started to give my order and he rudely interrupted me and told me that 5 subs was considered a catering order and needed 24 hours in advance to prepare. I then went out of my way to another subway whom happily made my food without any complications. I also found out that 5 subs is not considered a catering order. I understand being understaffed and all, but that young man straight up just didn't want to do any work. There was Noone in the store before me and Noone had walked in behind me. He was very rude and just flatout lazy.

Made an online order and they didn’t have any meat that I wanted. Then told me they can’t give me a refund. So had to settle on something else and didn’t even eat it. Then forgot my chips that was supposed to come with my meal, as well not having any chips or cookies to choose from. This location literally has nothing to pick or choose from. Horrible service.

The one child operation behind the counter doesn’t seem to be cutting it. They finally opened past posted business hours. The single employee was extremely rude as if he was forced to be working there and then totally caught off guard when I ordered a sub. I can only assume that making a sub is part of his job description, could be wrong.

There was a guy with long hair and he was very disrespectful I walked in and asked for the regular foot long of steak and cheese and he had a rude attitude the whole time he kept looking up at me with a rude look and I asked for onions and he said well thanks you took the rest of the onions like it was my fault he needs to be fired right away I am very upset.

This place is randomly closed during normal business hours, times are tough, I get it. But the "temporary business hours" paper they have up on the door is incorrect as well. When you order through the app, it doesn't tell you that the store is closed and you won't be able to get your food. They might not have the ingredients needed to make the sub you want. Really, these guys need to get it together or just close.
