Culver's

Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and ask twice if anybody was working while three people stood around no one answered until Matthew came around the corner with a huge stack of trays to help us out. Then overheard the girl that was standing putting away silverware that she was offended that I said Matthew did a great job when she could’ve turned around and said “someone will be with you shortly”.

Food was good. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. The person who took our order was great: friendly, efficient, and clarified our order. This would have been 4 stars except this: my order was delivered to our table 5 minutes after everyone else's. I watched while they ate. Also, our dinner : order at counter ..find our own table..look for extra chairs..wait for food..cost $27. FOR 2 PEOPLE. Not cheap fast-food. Could have had a sit down dinner with waitstaff to find out what taking so long.

Great service, I feel that they need to work on their pull-ahead locations it can get very congested. I wish they would ask if we want condiments it seems like every time they do not bring condiments and the runner have to go back in and get us some kind of condiments. The person that took my order, I feel that they may rush you a little bit, no suggestive selling and I understand that maybe 8 out of 10 people know exactly what they want, but there are special things on your sandwich that you may want and it seems sometimes they rush you they need to slow down repeat your order and give a suggestion or upgrade

Paid 15$ for a double cheeseburger meal and some cheese curds with a drink. Get home and my burger is burned to a crisp, no ketchup on it although I asked for it and my receipt says it. The cheese curds aren’t even crispy on the outside, super greedy. I usually frequent the oxford location and love their food, they’re much better at Oxford. Never will return to the clarkston Culver’s again.

There's nothing special about the food. Their vaunted Butterburger was just another burger. What really threw me was the strong disinfectant smell of the place. It was overpowering to the point of unappetizing. I get that the place has to be clean, and they probably hang their hat on that fact, but this is over the top. There was no aroma of food. It smelled like a janitorial closet. That's fine in the bathroom. But not where I'm eating. Get it to go or eat outside. But hey, if you're a germophobe, you'll love this place.
