This store typically serves me cheerfully and competently. Leanne, the manager, always greets me by name, even when I returned after the long COVID-19 closure. And Leanne runs a good team. The food is good, too. And they have an available electrical outlet in the lobby (not available in all Taco Bells), so I'm able to do work while I eat and wait between my work appointments. They also serve Pepsi products, my preferred beverages, including Diet Mt. Dew--my caffeine source of choice.

I ordered from the app while outside in my car. I went in when it said my order was ready. I got the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken burrito for the first time. I really enjoyed it. The temperature was great, the taste was perfect, the price was good (value menu item), and I received lots of hot sauce (actually too much). I was very happy with my lunch this day!

3:00am I attempt to order through the drive through. I was told they won’t be able to take my order for 15 minutes. I park in the parking lot to wait, 5 minutes later, 2 girls leave out of the store, one with cigarette in mouth. As I see multiple cars pull up and leave, I wonder if they’re still saying 15 minutes. I pull through the drive through again to be told another 15 minute wait. I ask if this is in addition to the 12 minutes I’ve already waited with a response, “Oh. I didn’t know you were the same car. I’m just saying what I was told to say.” 🤔

It's just Taco Bell, if u don't know what to expect then u got a lot to learn.. Personally I love it & my fav fast food joint.. This one particularly is clean & the employees are nice as should be... :)

UPDATE -- missing items fulfilled. Incorrectly made items remade correctly. Appreciate finally getting our correct food. Better quality control could have prevented the need for customer to have to go back.
Just went into restaurant on way home from work in Portland to pickup dinner for family. My order was completely messed up. 5 things missing completely. 2 things made incorrectly. I thought Sandy location was awful and it truly is but Clackamas crew you are running a close second. Very disappointed. Husband headed back to get a refund or replacement of correct items. 35 mile round trip. Hope management does the right thing. Will update when husband gets home.

Something is definately wrong with their early morning service. Got there at 3:40 am was told that unfortunately they couldn't take orders right then it'll be about 10 minutes until they can. I said thats ok I can wait. They told me to wait in the parking lot. 20 minutes later I see some guy come out the front door to smoke all while I see multiple cars go through the drive through being told what I imagine was that they can't take orders for another 10 minutes because I see 3 cars pull into the parking lot to wait same as me. One of the cars even went through a second time before leaving right away. 35 minutes later I decide to try again and get told they can't take orders for 10 - 15 minutes! They didn't realize I was the same car from earlier! I dont know what kind of business they're running but In total thats at least 50 minutes of wasted time had I stayed around to try again. So I just went to the McDonald's across the street and got my order right away... Never coming to this taco bell again.

Worst Taco Bell experience of my life. Showed up to pick up 2 deliveries. Nobody else there so figured I'd get some food for myself too. Was told I would literally only get 1 order at a time and had to drive laps around the store to get my delivery orders. So Taco Bells idea of customer service is to degrade delivery drivers, make us waste gas, laugh at us, and if we argue about it at all make any kind of fuss, then they deny you the order, and cost drivers money. DON'T GO HERE. SUPPORT ANY OTHER BUSINESS. #TacoBellhatesdeliverydrivers.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Arrived at 2:30am to pick up 2 delivery orders. There was NO other customers. I was told they couldn't make the order since there was only 2 employees working. They had no other orders and no customers! Why are they refusing orders when they are slow enough to make orders?! Maybe they need to be retrained!
