Wendy's

I wish visits via drive-thrus were more "hit" than "miss" with ALL fast food places. Everything was edible but even when I request to "please make my order FRESH, and I'll wait for it" ...it's up in the air if it actually happens. I'm not one to go all "angry black man" for that. There are far greater reasons to get ethnic. But the spicy chicken (extra mayo) is what I got on this day, along with a Dave's double. I ate it, simply because mentally I can't get passed wasting food/my money. But this location has provided better before. It was just one of those "meh" days for everyone I'm guessing.

This is sad us as a people need to hold our dollar at a more higher value when it comes to dealing with restaurants and employees who work inside the restaurant or have a dislike for your job position for whatever the case may be I don't know how you cannot be disgusted with yourself while serving other people half cooked food I just have ONE question people that work in a restaurant an that deal and handle with food do you ever take in consideration if it was you on the receiving end do you ever take in consideration that you may have put a child/toddler at risk I definitely demand My Refund and you will never ever see my money ever again Wendy's franchise as a whole

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. The girl taking the order you could barely hear her. Waited in line 15 minutes and there were only 5 cars in front of us. Got to where you order and it was 5 minutes before taking our order. Got to the window took my money then spent time talking instead of giving me my change as my order sat on the counter. Got our order and there was no fries. When I told her she got another employee who said it was in the bag so I pulled everything out, no fries. I do not recommend this Wendy’s location.

I waited 25 mins in the drive thru... i couldnt get out of the line i was trapped. I finally get to order... theyre out of apple pecan salad... theyre out of all salads but taco. I place order for my kids finally. To wait another 10 mins for our food. To finally get my frosty in a broken cup (i watched the guy break the 1st cup! He went somewhere else w another cup and i guess broke that one too and gave it to me anyways) looked like they had plenty of staff but i dont know. Wont be visiting this place again

Monday 6-20-22 11:22pm I pulled into drive-thru and a manager was out back smoking which ok fine but goes in and never answers the intercom,I can hear them in there having fun so I leave only to notice a employee get out the back seat from a blk suv.and I pass him by only to smell heavy heavy marijuana smoke.now that location close at 12am and all I wanted was 2 frostys but I know they didn't have that either.easy money milking the clock.dont go hour or two b4 closing.
