Delicious breakfast sandwiches! Highly recommended the hashbrowns as well. I'd recommend going here anytime you're looking for a yummy egg and bagel sandwich. Reqards program is also simple and easy to use.

The lady who helped me was very nice and courteous. Also extremely prompt, considering she had numerous customers and duties to fulfill, and no one else to help her.

Had the bagel and lox, called a salmon sandwich, or something like that. It's served closed face and was excellent. My expectations were low, since Cincinnati isn't known for its bagels, but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely go back.

Whenever I come in here, they are always busy and hard working, it may take a while but that's not my complaint. Im patient and understand what the workers are going through. My review is first time visiting around Nov 14, when I ordered something and my order was accidently thrown away. The manager apologize and a staff member named Sir was nice enough to give me a free bagel coupon for compensation. I wish the staff well, and I applaud them for working hard and doing their best.

I love this place! The ladies behind the counter are so sweet and caring. The manager gave a little girl a free bagel that had no eggs for her dietary restrictions. Gender neutral bathroom with complimentary sanitary products. How inclusive! AND the bagels are delicious. This is how a business should be run!!!

The wait is long on a Saturday morning, but they are clearly understaffed because the workers are going as fast as they can. The manager should really designate one person to work the register (and make sure the tables are clean/napkin dispenser refilled), while the others prep the bagels. But, the sandwiches are delicious and tons of options!
