Ordered a steak menu power bowl and it was done suspiciously fast, like I didn’t even get my card back before they handed me my food (there was no like, it was like 20 seconds from when I placed the order and pulled around). I found out that in their haste, they left some plastic film in the food, one piece I pulled out of my mouth and the other I found mixed in. I tried calling to let them know and maybe prevent this from happening again but no one answered…

This Taco Bell is awesome! Friendly employees who got my coworker and I served up super quick. The food was perfect! Store was clean! Def recommend it to anyone in the area!

Just literally went through the drive thru at 11 pm. Customer service was the best I’ve seen. I’ll be honest the burritos were the best I’ve had in a LONG time. Thank you to the staff this Friday evening at 11 pm!

The drive line was ridiculous…. You are stuck in the drive thru line even if you want to leave. I was in line for a half hour… took 25 mins to take my order. The drive thru lane needs an exit. Not held hostage in the line wasting expensive gas. Not happy.

This is my favorite Taco Bell Restaurant. I never have any problems. The help is very friendly, and the place is spic & span. This is why I always return here!!!

Drove here a few minutes ago, 12:07 and the employees were very kind to me - which was amazing because I was SO high strung and tense. Please give them a raise, they're awesome.

What can I say, I love this place, day or night. But I do have to say the drive-thru set up is a mess. By the time you turn the corner and see there is a line you are basically stuck in line

ordered 4 tacos, none of them were correct, food was forgotten, and people working there are rude. 80% of the time i order, which my order is super simple always, its wrong. very disappointing
