It was just like I remember as a kid, the food was awesome, the man who took our order was definitely nice, friendly and awesome, I will definitely go there again.

Great burgers, but the buns were too wet inside. However, the woman at the drive-thru window was so sweet, that it was still a great experience. I always appreciate it when the person you interface with smiles, and so many fast food workers don’t seem to care about that any more. Glad to have had the pleasure of meeting one who did.

With my grandson started in Montgomery and then ended up in Cincinnati on Taft Road got some White Castle before hamburgers with a drink and fish nibbles and also the two chicken sandwiches with fries and a drink and some mozzarella cheese sticks I usually don't get that kind of food so that made it taste that even better you know I can't control myself when I'm with my grandkids LOL food was very hot and fresh

I was at White Castle on Reading Rd. I went in the building to order because I was ordering for two other people also. Nikki was the person who took my order. She was so helpful and friendly. She possessed excellent customer service skills. I was really impressed. I hadn't been to White Castle in awhile. I got the #10. A breakfast sandwich with hash browns and coffee. It was very good. But the coffee was AWESOME! Much better than the other high priced coffees and it only cost $1. Bye high priced coffee shops. White Castle is my coffee spot now! 😊❤️💯👏🏽👍🏾

I've been going to Newport KY White castle for years and I've never had anything but
Excellent service on day and night shift
Fresh hot coffee
Hot quality food
The restaurant is always spotless clean and pleasant to sit n drink coffee or do a quick lunch
The mgr is courteous and always on top of his job...
I accidentally grabbed my expired debit card forgetting my new card at home unable to pay
The mgr covered it for me 👍

I had fried clamsssss, fries, chicken ring slider, fish slider, original slider. I love the cheese they put on the sliders and ZESTY SAUCE. It got crowded after I ordered. A whole busload of ppl came in. It was great. Avoid the bathroom.
