Graeter's Ice Cream

The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can test a flavor if you wish. Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip is my favorite flavor. The chips are huge, they should call them chunks. They currently have Peppermint Stick, it is only Available Late November through December Only. The Bakery Goods look great. They must have had about a hundred pre-orders for Christmas waiting to be picked up.

Update: they contacted and made situation right. Thank you! Tonight around 9:15 we got 2 shakes. Small and Medium. They were the same flavor. I got my shake and left. I turned on werk and was halfway down the road when I though a chocolate chip chunk got stuck on my lip. I tried to bite my lip to pull the chocolate chip into my mouth. Little did I know I would have a staple in my mouth. I went back as I was only 3 mins away. ASM made me a new shake and was very nice. She took the staple and put it off to the side for “manager to see”. Was hoping she would take my number so manager could call me and let me know why the staple was in drink. Glad the staple didn’t cut my lip.

Every time I visit this location I am greeted with a smile, and helped and checked out in a timely matter. The staff is very nice and polite. I came for the winter mix tea cookies, and I put together a little treat bowl for my friends and family to enjoy! I will continue to come to this location when I’m the area!

Kudos to the young staff for going above and beyond. I took my family to get ice cream and left my wallet. A staff member found me on social media and sent me a private message that they had it. I am so thankful. There are still good honest people in this world. Also, the ice cream isn’t so bad either. Boldly Bearcat for the win!
