Broadway Diner

So good! The food was delicious and filling. It's hard to find actual authentic Mexican food, and this nailed it (we're Mexican born in Mexico, and my mother is from mainland Mexico and she agrees). My mother and I were both in love with our plates and will definitely go back for more. The service was also great. Very friendly. The covid precautions were also on-point, forks and knives were in a plastic covering, and sauces were individually packed for the table. 10/10 and will definitely eat again!!

New restaurant chula vista on Broadway across from IHOP, Costco, Walmart. Great decor but slow mediocre service. Food was descent the first time i visited but service was so lackadaisical the next time i went i just had to leave. 3 tables aside from mine being served in the place and after waiting 23 minutes for a cup of coffee and nobody ever took my order or offered water i just had to leave.

Honestly. Only the chilakiles in green salsa were good. Menudo rojo had so much fat and bones. La viejona plate maza tamales was not at all great. Tacos dorados had so much grease on them and meat had lots of black pepper balls that tasted nasty. And horchata drinks tasted like powder. No flavor. All in all. I dont recommend this place at all. Paid $75 to be very unsatisfied. Never again coming

This place used to be really good....unfortunately this is our most current experience We just left that place, we didn't even eat our food! They sat us down and took our order immediately but the food took about 45min to be served, but due to current situation, the wait was totally understandable... some chips and salsa would have be nice but whatever... when they served us our food, the chef got our order wrong and gave us a quesadilla instead of a burrito. but again, everyone makes mistakes no biggie just correct it.. .. But the issue that made us ask for our check and leave, was my husband's plate!! it was "supposedly a mixture of meats" ... more like a salad... it was a mountain of lettuce, potatoes with no flavor and A FEW pieces of meat, i was shocked! We had to move all the lettuce to find the meat! it was $17.50!!! for lettuce!!!! my husband was livid, immediately asked for the check! we were going to pay for all our food! but they didn't charge us for some stuff... They were busy, yes, but the guy in charged was more preoccupied with trying to turn on the TV, insteadof helping out!!! the chef was like in lala land! talking his sweet time chitchatting! Horrible! never again!!!!!

I read the reviews on here but my experience was not at all like the others. I ordered cafe de olla and beef tacos. Coffee was not the best so I would rate it as average. As for the beef tacos, they were very bland and tiny for the price. It looked like they put about a TBsp of meat which was disappointing. The beans were okay but not traditional. The pickled onion was delicious. Not sure if it’s because they are new but my experience was not great. I’m hoping with time food will improve.

I showed up with two of my son's The table where they wanted to sit us was dirty They asked us to sit I had to ask them to clean the table and the floor Under the table I ordered bistek ranchero for 14.50 one for me and another for my son Damn Man it was all canned food and it tasted like canned food ! The beans tasted like canned food the rices tastes like canned food And the papas with carne tasted like canned food On top of that the serving is really small in Quality and Quantity They served the a little salsa container 25 percent full with a lid The containers that are used in Taco Shops I guess they are so poor and tight on giving out salsa It was a ridiculous Experience ! First and only time I will not be back to this canned food restaurant The staff is very goofy!

Wonderful little place!!! The owners are so friendly and the food is delicious, It’s the second time we visit and can’t compliment them enough!! The service is amazing, then the food arrives and blows us away!! So impressed on how authentic Mexican food from Sinaloa Casa Victoria serves. If I could put 10 stars I will !
