Wingstop

Today I enjoyed my dinner here at the Wingstop on East H Street. I am grateful by the service I was provided by Stephanie, Santi, Jaden, & Adrian. They are a great team, I. Thankful for taking my order correctly, customer service was great. And food was hot and delicious. Thank you for you're great attitude.

I had a great positive mindset coming into the Wingstop , thinking that the food I was going to receive was going to put meaning in my life. But Andrew ruined it !!!!! He dropped my wings on the floor and looked right into my soul and put those wings back into the basket as Coldplay was played in the background . I hate Coldplay ! He then told me fill my cup with soda at the freestyle machine when he gave me a dirty look ,knowing dam well the machine didn't work . I drank sink water to wash down the CRISPIEST WINGS EVER ! Man is a genius !

I came in last night and ordered 2 combos for my boyfriend and I. As a former wingstop employee for 3 years, this wingstop needs a make over or better management. I came in having high expectations and instead our $30 meal was poorly made. The fries were horribly cut, waay too thick and soggy even after I said extra extra well done. My boyfriends wings weren’t even sauced properly. It is clear that the night shift wanted to clock out on time because they were too lazy to sauce ANYONES wings into the bowls (the proper way) which is why one of my combos was barley even sauced. (I noticed that as I was parked in front of the store.) Instead they were saucing everyone’s wings into the the to/go boxes. LAZY LAZY LAZY. Wingstop is one of the many places where you can modify each and anything. The fact that they didn’t even cooperate with my modifications just goes to show, they aren’t even cooking the right way or trying. A district manager definitely needs to come in and straighten things out. The dining area isn’t even open which gives the employees even more of a reason to not have to do so much, the least they could do is make the food the correct way. Make your customers food the way you would make it if you were being supervised by someone in the head quarters of wingstop. STOP BEING LAZY & SAUCE THE WINGS INTO THE BOWLS. Never returning to this location again, I’ll stick to Point Loma & El Cajon Blvd where they actually use the bowls. 👍🏼

After you place your order online/via phone do not wait in your car and expect to be contacted when your order is ready. Your order will come up and be stone cold. I have never been to a Wingstop and will not go back to this one for this reason. My friend and I were standing outside waiting (restaurant barricaded due to COVID-19. No menu posted on windows but only QR symbol to download menu) for my order that I placed via the website. I paid over $14 for 5 lemon pepper chicken wings and 5 hot Korean boneless wings (no sides). The message on the website said 18 to 24 minute wait. No poked their head out & said your order is ready. I received no text, call, or email saying it was ready. After approximately 28 minutes I rang the bell. My order was cooling on the counter. I said the website said you would contact me when the order was ready. The employee said, "We don't do that here." So I took my lukewarm expensive wings home. No complaints on the flavor just the service!

The cashier at the front explained that you’re unable to order the new flavors. She was a slender woman, brown hair at the top, the bottom portion of hair is wavy and blonde. She wore glasses and stated you’re only allowed to order the new flavors online. What’s the point of advertising your new flavors if you can’t order them in person for Togo?
