Whoever the manager is needs to seriously get it together with the employees taking the online orders! Here’s my receipt of what I ordered, and these are the pizzas I received. I received the pineapple & ham pizza which I thought “oh well at least this one is what I ordered!” But found a hair on it tangled up with the cheese and everything else. The second one was supposed to be a pepperoni & cheese HAND TOSSED pizza but received a thin crust instead. Are you guys even paying attention to the orders or what??? Seriously ridiculous because this is not the first time this has happened to me! && no I did not receive a refund or anything!

We always order here because we live literally in front. Every time we order there’s always an issue. Either our pizza is burn or we get the wrong order. I would always let it go because i used to work at a pizza place… but today… there was a hair. We decided not to go back and make a big deal about it because to be honest they don’t really care and they will not do anything about it… but we will not go back there anymore…

I needed 3 pizzas for a kid’s birthday party in school. Since most of the pizza places nearby open at 11 and I needed them before, my husband suggested domino’s pizza in downtown Chula Vista. I usually check on yelp but it was late and I placed an order online for next day pick up at 10:40am.
This place is still “contactless” which means the staff talk to customers through a very little opening placed at your belly height…very convenient uh!
Staff is rude, do not come to the window to talk to customers and seem as they are giving you a favor selling you some junk pizza.
Long story short: domino’s app (that I had to download to order and track my order) showed that my 3 pizzas were ready at 10:35am. I had to knock at the door and window for at least 3 minutes to get my pizzas at 10:55am. 4 people inside the store and nobody could give me an update on the status of my order for quite some time.
In the meantime another customer arrived to place an order and the staff rudely told them to call as they couldn’t get an order in person. Just as a reminder it’s not gourmet pizza, it’s a fast food chain! The other customer left and was reasonably furious!
While waiting and knocking, since I was not getting anyone, I tried to call the store (remember I was standing in front of their door). The phone number sounded disconnected! So tell me how customers can place an order!
Anyway this is bad karma for me: as an Italian citizen I should have known better and avoid Domino’s. Lesson learnt!

The girl who worked yesterday afternoon. Hispanic girl with long hair is the rudest person I have encountered. Rolling her eyes to customers and treating people poorly. It’s not other people’s fault you failed in your life and you work in customer service but since you chose to work in customer service you need to treat customers with respect you can’t walk away while customers are talking to you .remember we pay your wages you are a nobody

I ordered online thin and crispy veggie and received hand tossed. Manager would not do anything to correct because I ordered online. I Told them that if they wouldn't do anything I would go to pizza hut or Pappas johns and she said "that's fine. Go ahead." Way to wow the customer! In a bad way!

This is probably the worst chicken wings n pizza I’ve ever had the pizza bread tasted like it had been sitting in the holder for months tasted super old and the wings let me just say small super tiny and hardly had any chicken on them. Worst than that the person working the backed looked like if they were having a jolly time over the phone instead of assisting other customers. Sad that I won’t be returning here anytime soon or ever for that fact. Poor service and poor quality of food. Worst ever! Save your money and go down the street to La Bella’s way better food with people who want to help you unlike this place won’t ever spend my money here. Horrible service !

Pizza was burned and knowone would answer the phone at the store. Dominos now has off-site operators so they can't transfer you anyone or take any messages. We have been Dominos customers for over 20 years. This is the second bad experience that has now made me wonder if its time for a new pizza place. Paying alot for low quality service and product from this location.

Nothing like consistency! They make pizzas, add toppings, and charge you money. Free of charge of course, they over cook it, and on occasion undercook, skimp on ingredients, awkward thickness throught out, heck, some times I'm grateful I get the "be happy I even tried cutting."
