Friendly and helpful service upon our visit. Clean in the inside and a few new flavors added to the ice cream selections such as the seasonal Peeps. Plenty of parking spaces in front of and next to the plaza building.

Very poor customer service. I literally stood there for 10 minutes with my kids and was not greeted or acknowledged at all because they were working on an order. Someone finally becomes available and they skip right over us and help the people that came in after us. It's not a big location it was obvious we were next in line. Even after I said we were next, they completely ignored me. Ended up walking out and will not be returning again.

I love this cold stone!
I ordered my 30th birthday cake here (my son picked out the cake flavor & filling) it was so delicious! The ordering process was hassle free and it came out perfect thank you so much for making my birthday special! You all did a great job!

The store takes forever to complete an order. I have been in line for 11 minutes and they still aren't done with the person ahead of me. They only ordered a shake and an ice cream.

Can get really busy, but it’s delicious and the staff is nice.

Very slow and in efficient staff with 6 customers in the store , over 25 mins to even get in the store(averaged over 5 times being here in two weeks.)
During the pandemic they had more than 15 people in this tiny store.
Not transgender friendly.l based on information staff gave me.
No longer has the fresh whipped cream, just the garbage in a can(yuck)
