First time here and the place is poppin'.. I placed my order to go and when I got home started chowing down on my Roast Beef Spicy and it's yummy. I will definitely be back and the cool thing is they serve Beer...So go check out Board and Brew on Eastlake right of of Millenia...So good...Oh and one more thing this was supposed to be for dinner but I couldn't wait cuz it smelled so good, so I ate my share for Lunch...

Left pastrami is fire very good. I enjoyed the vanilla beer and there are other exclusives on the menu. I will be back for more goodness. 420!!!

We were greeted warmly and given great suggestions by the very knowledgeable and professional worker at the register. The sandwiches were delicious, the beer was cold and tasty, and the vibe was mellow. You could see anything on the TVs clearly from any angle and the food is brought straight to your table with a smile. We are recommending this place to all our friends and will certainly return soon!

The sandwiches are okay, not that great, but for the price it is good enough. We saw a lot of people eating there, so it must be good for a lot of people. There are not really much choices other than subs or sandwiches. Customer service is good.

Always happy to try a new spot for a meal. I went for the beef(French) dip sandwich. Well prepared, served sooner than stated, and served hot, as it should be. Enjoyable spot, solid food, happy to come back soon:)

So good. I really love this sandwich shop. Their bread is fresh every time, the meat portions are perfect. I'm so happy I don't have to go to Del Mar to get it!

Sandwiches are soo good. Insert chefs kiss here. Happy hour on the beers is excellent as well. And they give back to the community. We first checked this place out for a Park View Little League fundraiser. Came back because the food was awesome and so was all the staff. Been there a few times since. Will definitely be visiting again.

Good combination of signature sandwiches (both hot and cold) and B&B has a decent list of beers from the local area. This place is always busy in the afternoons and specially on the weekends. The staff is very helpful in guiding you through the menu. It takes a little bit for the food to come out but the beer comes out quick and it’s cold. We love the atmosphere and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the local area or passing through.
