Sometimes we find it inconstant with their speed however the food never disappoints.
Resturant rarely gets attention.

Food was the best KFC I've experienced in awhille and staff are all very kind, did not mind the wait (perhaps 10min) however they were so busy. Well done KFC colombo keep up the good work . 👏

Despite ordering online and giving them plenty of time to prepare the order, I had to wait for at least 15 more minutes while I was in store. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication with customers. However, the food was as great as expected.

Best KFC I have had than other stores , it was hot ,freshly made and decent sized chips very happy with this store 😀most kfc is warm when I order it at other franchisee and undersized chips well done Colombo street

Haven't had KFC for a long time but I had a craving and was pleasantly surprised with my visit today (except for when I realised the snack boxes have jumped up to $6 😭 I think they were $3.50 when I used to get them but that was a good few years ago!). Fast and friendly service from the lovely lady at the counter. Chicken was fresh with nice crispy batter. Hot chips with a good amount of seasoning. Perfect wee snack to satisfy the cravings.

The store is much nicer now that it has been remodelled. The self service kiosks are fast and easy but lack some of the customisations you can make at the counter (requesting specific pieces of chicken, adding cheese to a burger). The restaurant is possibly the cleanest KFC I’ve ever eaten at. The service is good but still feels like they’re a bit short staffed, the food was fresh, hot, and well seasoned!
