Mcdonald's

Waited forever for our food and then they brought us the wrong order. As we are telling the girl that isn't our food we see another lady coming back with a bag of food crumpled up.. the girl goes in and gets the food from the lady and brings it right over to us 😳 with all of this pandemic stuff going on, that's going to be a no from me! Also the lady ate our fries and we told the girl and she just said, "well have a good day!" And walked away.. smh

I understand that your busy and short staffed. because you must treat your employees like you treat your customers. because I will never return to this McDonald's the way I seen the manager treating her staff fell back on me when I was ordering at the window the restroom was absolutely disgusting so I wanted to let the staff know they said that there didn't care that they are covering from another store.

I went through the drive through and my food is ok but when I got handed my coffee it was overflowing over the cap and at first she wanted me to clean it up even though she handed it to me over flowing after a minute she brought it back all fixed and good to go but I did have to wait around like 10 minutes for my food when I only got 4 cheap burgers. So very slow pokey service.

I drove up the the second drive thru lame in which I quickly discovered that one of the screens are broken. This was very unfortunate to me because it’s very difficult to read. As I got to the window to pay, the employee dropped every single cent of my change. She didn’t even apologize!!! When I got my filet-o-fish meal I realized that I didn’t receive my fries. When I asked for the fries, one of the workers quite literally threw them at me. Not cool. I also later discovered they gave me a sprite instead of my chocolate shake.

Very upset that to eat inside nobody takes your order why you see all these girls standing around talkings. Got our order wrong and didn’t give us our cups because they’re not paying attention. All while the tables are dirty and the ketchup was out. Disappointing for a brand new store built and it goes down hill because they have to many people working and just chatting.

Had to wait in the drive-thru for a half hour then had to go inside because they forgot two cheeseburgers. Once I left we notice they messed up building one of the burgers. Then they also put regular cheeseburgers in the mcdouble wrappers so I never received the mcdoulbles i ordered. Need better management!
