Mcdonald's

This is a horrible McDonald's. We ordered a coffee shake and fries for curbside pickup and it took over 10 minutes. In fact I had to go into the store to get our order. When I said something about it to the manager she said there were others ahead of me so I told her that at least 2 cars that would have been behind me had already been served. Then she said they had to make the coffee. So I told her that it only takes 3 minutes to make. At which point she turned her back to me and said thank you and completely dismissed me without a sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I will never be back in the store again. There are lots of other places to eat and that's what these people forget. Your customer service is terrible

What happened to customer care? I waited for over 10 minutes for a coke and m Mcdouble, and so I asked what decides who pulls aside and waits,bc the people ahead of me clearly didn't have to pull over and I watched them order over 10 items, so instead of explaining and politely responding, she gets Lippy and loud with me. And I'm looked at crazy when I get loud and Lippsy back. I was taught that the customer is always to be treated with respect and care and clearly that concept has been lost.

McDonald's as usual nailed it the fries or burgers or shakes from the ice cream plaguing my waking sleeping moments in my dreams to the fries that haunt my eyes and for the meat that is definitely my mouth watering tree I want to sing the chime song of McDonald's BA BA BA BAHHHH IM LOVING IT LOL 😆 THANKS MICKY D's great TEAM JOB.
