If I could just rate the food, it would be a five. We rarely eat here though because the prices are a little steep (reason for 3 stars) Service and food were excellent though, but 2 adult burgers and 2 kids burgers with 1 fry and 1 shake...52 bucks? Its meat and bread, they must have really high profit margins.

Foods good if your ok with dropping like 50 bucks for three burgers a fry and a milk shake. It's to pricey for me and it's not the most amazing burger. It's like high class fast food.

Love the food here but service is slow . I pre-ordered my food for pick up and still had to wait extra time when it said it was done.

This FiveGuys location in Chicopee was very accommodating of gluten sensitive needs and prepared a bowl for us with burgers, willingly changed gloves and cleared clean spot on grill to avoid cross contamination. Very grateful! Great location convenient to Tru Hilton in Chicopee.

15 bucks. Sloppy soft tomatoes. Forgot bacon. Didn't even get fries and that was the price with a drink. Over priced for mediocre cooks with no real training.

Went to the Chicopee MA location They are noted for burgers. However, today only had their home made fries. Found them to be VERY salted How salted you ask Like pouring all the salt you can find in your house on a few fries. Nope not kidding. Why would you destroy good fries?
Their was enough salt at bottom of bag to salt 6 more orders.
I threw them away.......
I would advise to order them with no salt. You can always salt your own But who knew. My mouth was so salty from the fries. I didn't taste the fries. I only hope other locations don't do the same Cost was over 5.00 with tax.
