Mod Pizza

The small crew that worked tonight (3/5/22) were amazing. They were clearly short staffed, especially for a Saturday night. They had a lot of online and in store orders but they seemed like they were holding it together much better than I've ever seen in a situation like that. I could tell they were having a rough night with the amount of orders they were trying to fill but despite that, their customer service, friendliness, speed and quality didn't dip. I'm so sorry, I don't know your names but the 3 girls up front absolutely rocked. Thank you for your hard work tonight ladies and I hope your supervisors know how great and valuable you are.

No line, not busy, yet I had to yell excuse me multiple times over the course of 10min to get any of the 6 employees attention. They did not put the correct toppings on. My pizza was completely burnt. This isn't the first time this has happened. I thought I would give the the benefit of the doubt that it was perhaps a bad day. However that was not the case. Will not be going here again.

The food is good but the staff comes off rude. I really don't think this pizza was that packed, but the guy helping me commented "damn..." to his coworker after I added several toppings and she responded "yeah I think they hear 'all the toppings you want' and take it as a challenge 🙄." They had this conversation right in front of me; like, okay??

The food was alright. The garlic pieces that were supposed to be roasted, even after coming out of the oven. That was a little frustrating for me. What was crazy to me was that my thick crust pizza, my mom's small pizza and small salad, along with a couple drinks came out to around $40. I thought was crazy expensive for what we got. I don't know if I would go back considering what the cost of the food was.

Good place for custom made-to-order pizza with tons of toppings. Staff was nice, just couldn't hear each other when ordering over the loud music. Upon getting home and eating halfway through our pizzas, my gf and I discovered her pizza had an additional unexpected topping which she thought was mushroom as part of her order. Unfortunately it was a custom topping of "cardboard". Hopefully this won't happen again to us or others, just please be more careful about cross contamination.

Awesome pizza place. Personal pizzas made fresh that can be custom built or course from a menu. We had the pesto base with chicken. Delish, please try it. We also ordered the Tristan and garlic slices. Tristain is wonderful, the garlic strips are ok. I will return. The service is awesome and fast. Bathrooms and establishment is always clean.
