I've been to this location a few times in the morning and each time the service is quick but the food is terrible. Stale croissants, over cooked eggs, the sandwich is just slapped together, nothing is even distributed. You have cheese dripping out of one end and the egg on the other end. And they can't even spare a couple of cents to give you a napkin. I will not return.

Service was quick but coffee not that good. I asked for extra vanilla on my ice Coffee they didnt even add it. All the ice coffees that I saw go out looked too dark like if they were skimping on creamer.

Came in this morning for orange juice and hot green tea. I noticed my receipt said cold tea and informed the young lady who took the order. She stated to me with attitude "that not wat you said"! I quickly cancelled my order. Please teach CUSTOMER SERVICE♥️

Me and 60 other guys working at the building across from union Station go to this location daily. Almost every time there's an issue. Yes, we order many coffees and donuts in one order but it's literally wrong almost every time! When you call, they don't answer the phone. I can't speak for the guys I'm working with but I don't think I'm gonna go back. I'm getting sick of spending money there and not getting the full order.

Every time I put an order in for a bagel toasted with canola oil spread, I got a dry bagel with 2 small butters on the side. There are 2 options, butter on the side or canola oil spread. What is so hard about this??? No butter on the side! Canola oil spread!! Read the ticket!

Very fast service and my order is always correct. I come during lunch time and everybody does a splendid job but a fellow named alvaro always provides the best service and is friendly, every time. Ty!

I come here often. They never have the cake munchkins. I always order a bagel and it's hit or miss. I guess it depends on the level they have the toaster on. Service is usually quick but the quality is not always the best.
