Nice, friendly neighborhood Starbucks! In a busy neighborhood of Chicago, but you wouldn’t know it once you entered this Starbucks location. The staff moved fast and knocked orders out quickly.
We came a few times while visiting Chicago for the weekend, and each time they got our order right and served us really quickly. They staff was super friendly, and the place was very tidy.
Highly recommend - will be back!

The coffee any food is always good, and the service is reasonably fast and friendly. Not a bad place to spend time often as well.

Caught the store when they first opened, picking up a venti black with brown sugar and a chocolate croissant for a hotel guest service was seemless

The wifi is constantly down at this location, not a good apot to get work done.

Friendly staff and clean store but the bathroom could use some love. Orders took a bit but that is alright.

Mobile ordered with order ready time of 7:48am. At 8:10am, order still not ready. Asked for update from timid Linda at register for refund so I could go to a different location. She was useless. Mumbled something about that her supervisor couldn’t help me. Linda walked away and avoided eye contact. Barista was slammed and runner was having people dig through warm food basket to find their own order. Gross. COVID. This location needs either more staff or another 1-2 baristas preparing drink orders.

I visit this Starbucks almost every morning and it's always a great experience! All of the baristas are great, and they remember my name and order which I love. I can't speak highly enough of this Starbucks, in my opinion, it's one of the best in the city!
